5 Women Focused Adventure Films

Raise your hand if in the last snowboarding film you saw, all the featured athletes were men. Did we all raise our hands? I would surmise that a majority of us did.

Representation matters. All the children (and adults) out there need to see women athletes and backcountry adventures just as often as their male counterparts. Luckily, we’ve made it easy to get inspired with a list of rad films that feature ALL THE WOMEN. Can we get a ‘hell yes’ from the back row, please?

1. Dream Job featuring Katie Burell by Yellow Tree Films

2. One Outside Film Grant Masterpieces

Eddie Bauer gave $10,000 to each winner of this film grant to create films that spotlight diversity in the outdoors. Head here to meet those winners, and watch their incredible films. 3. Blank Canvas featuring Elena Hight by TGR

5. PEDAL featuring Hera Van Willick by Scott Hardesty
